Hi, I’m Sarah, a Senior Art Director and Design Leader with 10+ years of experience across agency, in-house and product environments, applying human-centred and evidence-based design to solve complex problems at scale.

I’m confident shaping strategic direction and leading a team, without losing sight of the detailed work that makes a solution succeed. From mapping complex user journeys, identifying the pain points and designs that are grounded in research and testing rather than assumption. My background spans service design, UX/UI, user research and design systems, including redesigning large, high-traffic digital platforms end-to-end. I bring sharp conceptual thinking backed by a strong technical foundation.

I design with accessibility and inclusion at the core, because the most effective solutions are the ones that work for everyone. I bring the same intent to how I lead, in mentoring people, building their capability, and creating a culture where they feel safe and supported.
